Collecting and returning it

  • Request the item below. That creates a request, not a booking.
  • An officer approves it and replies to your email. Allow a couple of days.
  • Collection details come with the approval, and are also shown on your member portal.

Borrowing, in short

This is a small student club lending shared kit, so the rules are short and rest on everyone being reasonable.

  • One week by default. Ask if you need longer, that is usually fine.
  • Return it as you got it. Cases, cables and eartips included.
  • Tell us if something breaks. Reporting damage is not a problem. Hiding it is, because the next member finds out mid-flight.
  • Loss or damage beyond fair wear sits with the borrower, at the replacement value shown on each item. We would rather sort it out together than lose the item for everyone, so talk to us.
  • Do not lend it on to someone else. The reservation is yours.

Reserve equipment

Tell us what you need and when. This creates a request, not a confirmed booking: an officer will reply to your MIT email.
